"Requirements of FSSC 22000. Food safety system internal auditor" for APK-Invest
Systems and Services Certification Department of FE "SGS Ukraine" carried out training course entitled "Requirements of FSSC 22000. Food safety system internal auditor" for APK-Invest on 21st – 24th January 2014. Course was conducted by QMS and FSMS lead auditor Natalya Velemets.
This course covered the structure of the certification scheme FSSC 22000, requirements of ISO 22000:2005, specification ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 and additional requirements, and also organization and conducting internal audits.
One of course`s participant, Yurii Shapkov, opined: "We already have food safety management system on our enterprise. As we know system can work effectively only with support of qualified trained personnel. That is why we pay so much attention to training of our personnel. The course gave us ability to refresh and complete our knowledge about food safety, found out more about current trends and innovations in the field of food safety management. For example, we discovered five new additional requirements of the certification scheme FSSC 22000. I think such courses, which conducted by experienced practicing auditors, are very useful, because new obtained skills can be used in audits and daily operation".
