New steps to improve the food industry in Ukraine
September 20, 2015 came into force certain provisions of the amended Law of Ukraine "On the safety and quality of food" - "On the basic principles and requirements for safety and quality of food products" from 09.22.2014, # 1602 - VII, which contains major changes and innovations imposed on all participants of the "food chain" as namely food producers, processors and distributors of raw materials.
An important requirement, which must be introduced by "food chain" enterprises - is the development and implementation of food safety management at all stages from production to sale. This system is based on the principles of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) - hazard analysis and critical control points.
