 Restaurant business – activity, which include many food safety risks. The main reasons are high intensity, permanent guest flow, cooperation with a large number of suppliers, different quality raw materials and a number of other factors. Nevertheless there are many ways to increase risks and gain guest confidence. The most effective ways are personnel enhancing and development and improving food safety management systems.
In January 2018 trainers of FE "SGS UKRAINE" provided trainings "ISO 22000:2005. Development and implementation of Food Safety Management System with HACCP module" for Savva Libkin Restaurants management in Kiev and Odessa.
