Participants:
• Gain the knowledge necessary to manage risks and opportunities in the changing context of the organization in accordance with the requirements for Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
• Gain skills in assessing the impact of changing conditions (COVID-19 pandemic) on the performance of an FSMS.
• Risk management methods will be developed when changing the context of the organization (including taking into account the COVID-19 pandemic).
• Receive tools for planning and implementing activities that reduce the identified risks associated with the current situation (COVID-19 pandemic).
